Do you want to work with strategic and technically advanced procurements in a critical societal operation? We are now looking for an experienced strategic purchaser who wants to take a key role in the procurement of stations and maintenance.

Here you will have the opportunity to work long-term, business-oriented, and cross-functionally – in a role where you drive complex procurements from strategy to contract⚡

You will be part of a procurement unit with specialist competence in stations and maintenance, where you together are responsible for procurement related to both new construction and management of technical facilities.

In the role, you will drive the entire procurement process for services and materials – from needs analysis and strategy to negotiation and contract writing. The work is done in close collaboration with technicians, project managers, sustainability specialists, lawyers, and suppliers – both nationally and internationally. The procurements are carried out according to LUF.

You will, among other things:

• Drive complex procurements (contracts, power products, and other technical areas)

• Develop procurement strategy, business model, and timeline

• Conduct market dialogues and lead bidding processes

• Be responsible for evaluation, negotiation, and awarding

• Interpret and develop contracts and manage changes and additions

• Support the organization in commercial contract issues

• Contribute to strategic category management work

• Participate in the development of working methods and routines within procurement

Some procurements are conducted in international markets, which means you need to be comfortable with contract documentation and negotiations in English.

• Has solid experience in driving strategic and complex procurements

• Is confident in the entire procurement process – from strategy to contract

• Has very good knowledge of LUF

• Has experience in contract procurements or technically complex purchases

• Is used to working cross-functionally and leading both experienced and less experienced buyers

• Has a genuine interest in technology

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are business-minded, structured, and solution-oriented. At the same time, you have a natural ability to build relationships and create trust in complex collaborations.

• Scope: Full-time 100%

• Location: Sundbyberg (meetings in other locations may occur)

• Remote work: Yes, a hybrid workplace is applied where about 50% is remote based on the organization's needs

• Travel: Mainly within Sweden

• Assignment period: April 6, 2026 – April 6, 2027 with an option for extension of 1+1 year (at most until April 2029)

• Security clearance and background check are required before a contract is signed with the consultant.
